Pricing Information

While techstore.ae strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. techstore.ae cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, techstore. ae shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, techstore.ae may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in your particular geographic region, store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. Delivery

It takes 7 – 8 business days to deliver your order within UAE. which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days. Delivery outside City limits are subjected to additional charges based on the category of the products.

Cancellation by techstore.ae

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

Quality check

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. techstore.ae has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by techstore.ae and accept techstore.ae’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellations By Seller

In case the seller is unable to fulfill orders due to stock unavailability, Tech store Customer Care will connect with the customer & assist with alternatives.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on techstore.ae will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to techstore.ae. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by techstore.ae with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. techstore.ae will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

techstore.ae reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. techstore.ae reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Transactional Restrictions

The website will not allow orders to get placed if any of the below events occur. Customers can claim a refund in such cases where money is deducted from their accounts. However, the order will not be fulfilled under any circumstances.

You understand and agree that there may be certain products, which will be sold on the Site by third-party vendors (‘Vendors and/or re-sellers’) techstore.ae may not be able to control the transactions or the acts and omissions of the Vendors/re-sellers in such transactions. When you buy such products from Vendors/re-sellers on the Site the following additional terms and conditions will become applicable:

You release and indemnify Techstore.ae and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Vendors/re-sellers on the Site and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law. Sellers at Tech store have to adhere to the same high standards of service and authenticity of their advertised merchandise. Basically, you receive what you have bought according to the advertised item.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DEAD/FAULTY

If your item is faulty or not in working condition due to a product defect or not functioning as it is supposed to – then you can still return it. You may walk in to any Tech store Store along with the invoice and hand over the product at the Customer service desk. We will then hand over the product to the seller. The seller will check the complaint and see if it is genuine. Upon their confirmation, we will process the refund of the money back to your credit card.

WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S):

If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to Seven (7) days to do so, so long as the item is in the same condition as received and with the original packaging intact.

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a bought item, but after making the purchase online if you still have not received the item, you could still cancel your order. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card, other payment cards) then the money would be refunded, but due to individual card providers, the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement.

In all circumstances, you can contact the Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page for a return of an item or a refund.

The item will be checked for packing conditions and if it is still in sellable condition, the money will be refunded back to you.

AFTER 7 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE ITEM(S):

If there is nothing wrong with the item and you just want to return it, please note that some individual sellers do not accept a product back after seven (7) days have passed although we can contact the seller on your behalf to try and arrange such a return however that is dependent on their acceptance and policies.

REFUND

If a delivery is attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This fee will be waived if the item was not as advertised, defective or not functioning as advertised. So basically if it is a return because you have simply changed your mind then the shipping fees will be retained by the Tech store and we just refund you the amount paid for the item(s).

GUARANTEE AND/OR WARRANTY IS OFFERED ON ITEMS SOLD by other sellers

There are different types of sellers on Tech store and hence different Warranty offers. Based on the product type, the warranty may be limited to no warranty, limited warranty, or default (1) year warranty. Tech store is not responsible for those items however as a buyer you have several recourses for any complaints in regards to individual sellers.

I THINK THE ITEM I BOUGHT MIGHT NOT BE A GENUINE ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?

Tech store does not tolerate any fake items being displayed by any of its sellers and strict action will be taken against any seller should this happen. Our Customer Service Teams will investigate thoroughly any such complaint and the selling of fake or banned items could lead to a seller’s blacklisting and closure of his/her store.

CAN I RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND?

If within the seven (7) days – “No Questions Asked return period” – and your item is deemed fake, then absolutely yes, so long it is in its original condition and with the original packaging intact, and you can do so via the Customer Service Desk at any Tech store After 7 days, it depends on the seller’s approval.

Fraudulent Transactions: Tech store holds the right to cancel orders made with fraudulent email IDs, payment methods, and all kinds of bulk purchases.

Wrong Image: Images are meant for illustrative purposes only. The customer buys a product where the image was wrongly advertised.

Wrong Price: Prices are updated in bulk. If a wrong price is advertised on the website.

Wrong Description: Mistakes may occur while capturing information from the internet. Certain products may have different features in different regions. The customer buys a product that may not have a feature that is advertised.

If the order is dispatched and delivered, the Tech store will collect the item back from the customer

and will do a full refund. If the unit is opened based on the condition of the package, a resale cost of 25% may be deducted from the selling price.

Tech Store Help Repairs & Recovery

• All equipment/s are received, kept, repaired, and operated at the Owner’s consent.
• The warranty covers only the Manufacturer’s defect.
• Warranty does not cover Misuse / Liquid damage / Physical damage / Tampered / Virus Infection etc.
• Quotation Rejection charges will be applicable.
• Out-of-warranty deliveries will be against payment.
• Units should be collected within 60 days after notification or the Tech store reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed units.
• Service, Delivery, installation charges, and Quote rejection charges are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid by the customer.
• Software once sold will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Once diagnosis or repair is performed on the unit, changes cannot be returned to the original/initial state.
• The receipt should be produced at the time of item collection.

• The customer understands that the Tech store is not responsible for any data loss, which occurs as a result of work done on their device.
• Further customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless, Tech store from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any system work performed on any abandonment of said items
